May 31st, 2017 ST Unitas, a leading global edutech company, was ranked no. 1 in education industry at the award ceremony of 2017 Brand Customer Loyalty Awards, held on May 30th at Korea Press Center in Seoul.

The award ceremony, carried out according to a survey conducted by Customers Council and Brand Keys, one of the top 10 brand research consultancies, was aimed at identifying and promoting excellent domestic brands. The BCLI(Brand Customer Loyalty Index) model, which was used for the survey, measures customer loyalty to brands based on emotional loyalty, attitudinal loyalty, and purchase intentions, rather than customer satisfaction of past experiences.

The Brand Customer Loyalty Survey, an online and mobile survey, was carried out on domestic consumers from April 3rd to 12th, and ST Unitas recorded the highest level of customer loyalty among education companies. ST Unitas received the highest score in the category which measures purchase intention of other companies’ customers. According to the survey result, customers who are currently using another education brand are highly likely to use ST Unitas’ services and products in the future, indicating continuous growth of the company.

Since its establishment in 2010, ST Unitas has innovated the education industry by launching various products such as Engdangi, Gongdangi, SKYEDU, PEEGdangi, etc. with the vision of providing same educational opportunities of the blessed 1% to the underprivileged 99%. Recently, the education firm acquired The Princeton Review and is aspiring to become the no. 1 global education platform provider by using edutech technology to prepare for the fourth industrial revolution.

Group Head of ST Unitas, Jaehwan Kim said, “I believe that ST Unitas was able to win this award today due to the fact that, since its foundation, the company has constantly endeavored to identify and develop all services that customers had true needs for. In the future, ST Unitas will continue to offer innovative services so that all services of the company are appreciated.”
