ST Unitas, an edutech firm with brands such as Gongdangi and Engdangi, announced that the company is a female-friendly employer as women accounts for 53% of the company’s workforce as well as 35% of senior management.

The female employees, comprising the majority of employees at ST Unitas, lead a corporate culture of equality and competently perform various roles such as planning, execution, marketing, and branding which are especially critical for an online education company.

Moreover, women employees took on a significant role in the rapid growth of ST Unitas by offering realistic and essential services to customers based on a mother’s perspective of the education market.
